Upon application acceptance an appointment will then be made close to the move-in date for the signing of the lease and the collection of the first month's rent and pet fees if applicable.

Pet fees must be paid up front at the time of signing the lease. If a pet is brought in mid-lease, fees must be paid immediately in full for the remainder of the lease. If a pet is desired please refer to our pet rule/pet fee policy.

Lift Systems
$250/ month up charge on rent for each lift for term of signed lease agreement (per lift)

• Includes lift, spreader bar
• Also includes the servicing and maintenance of lift
• Manually operated horizontally/ceiling mounted
  (440 lbs. max. lift capacity)
• Rail Systems in bathrooms are installed during construction
• Additional rail systems can be installed in either or both bedrooms or in garage if required at no additional charge, if lift systems are required or needed in those areas.
  

Additional Information:

Rent is due the 1st of every month

All units are equipped with high efficiency lighting and natural gas furnaces to keep utility costs at a minimum.

Rent includes: sewer, water, garbage pick-up and grounds maintenance.
Rent does not include: gas, electric, phone and satellite provider.

$10.00 a month for a cat, $20.00 a month for a dog for the entire term of the lease. No fees for small bird or small fish tank.
